HDHP Integration
A Consumer Driven Health Plan (CDHP) usually revolves around a High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP). To be effective, the HDHP must integrate seamlessly with the other components of the CDHP, particularly the FSA, HRA, HSA, and electronic payment cards.

EOB Integration
Most people in the health care and benefits industries are familiar with an EOB, or Explanation of Benefits, which basically provides the individual a one-dimensional breakdown of the service provider's fees and the negotiated plan rates. To take CDHP administration to the next level, however, three-tier EOB functionality is required:
- Electronic EOB feeds
- Online access to the EOB
- Consolidated EOB (drill-down)
